Specific due to client's unique risk and desired coverage.

• Combination of Packages 1 and 2.
• Expert consulting to client, bridging emergency management and meteorology services and products to enhance preparedness and strategic response to natural, manmade and other related threats.
• Comprehensive Emergency Management consulting to include: continuity of operations, strategic analysis, local emergency management decision support and response guidance for All Hazards.
• Situational awareness with 24-hour monitoring of all extreme hazards, including severe weather, winter weather, or other related events that could impact daily operations of any clients' areas of responsibility.
• Site specific information for clients in order to assist with identifying the locations that would receive the most severe impact, with recommendations for protective actions.
• Telephone calls to a point of contact identified by clients during any credible threat of all severe weather events or winter weather events as they develop and pose a potential threat.
• Conference calls with Early Alert's meteorological and emergency management teams during winter storm events that require activation of client's team, at times to be coordinated by both parties.
• Assistance with specific continuity of operations relating to All Hazards, as defined previously in this document.
• Assistance in developing an email tree process to address the immediate need for disseminating alert products to proper personnel.
• Special reports coordinated with the National Weather Service (NWS) or other governmental agencies, as warranted, forecasting severe weather threat updates and/or changes distributed via Early Alert email products to client recipients.
• Earthquake situational awareness and email products created in concert with the U.S. Geological Survey Hazards Program containing specific prioritized information and graphics related to the impacted areas. Specifics of trigger points (i.e.; time of day, magnitude levels) shall be determined with the client in a Statement of Work (SOW) at time of contract.
• Special reports when a situation necessitates the awareness of an event (all hazards) that has a direct effect to daily operations.
• Annual review with client.
• Web cast training session to be given annually upon request at a mutually agreed date. Data management for client of the current and future locations as made available.
